L. B. Marsh is a Filipino-American writer and digital strategist based in the Washington, D.C. area. She learned to write fiction in online fanfiction communities in the late 1990s, set it aside for reasons that made sense at the time, and returned to it recently because the better moment she had been waiting for was not coming and she should simply begin.
