I am a 77 year old South African male. In December 2024, I was diagnosed with locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma, a tumor measuring 56 x 54mm. The prognosis was blunt and alarming, the statistics were not in my favour (8 months to a year), and the treatment plan was tough.
