A native of Big Sky country, Wayne Edwards spent his 30-plus-year banking career in his hometown of Denton, a rural small town located in the heart of Montana’s expansive wheat and cattle country. Edwards began writing upon his retirement, and published both a children’s book, BUSTER THE BRIDGER MOUNTAIN BEAR, and a fictional novel, PACER COULEE CHRONICLES. Writing in yet another genre, Edwards followed several years later with the highly popular A STONE’S THROW, a novel directed at both the Young Adult and the adult who is young at heart.
Wayne and his wife of 50 years, Lorinda, split their time between their homes in Bozeman, Montana and Cave Creek, Arizona.
