I am a retired Chicago trial lawyer. I tried many cases during a fifty-year career. I retired from law just a couple of years before covid came on. It was during a covid isolation that I started to write fiction. Murder at the Come On Inn is the first book in the Jeremy Pendelton Murder Series. Book two is Murder at the Capitol Raceway, and Book three is Murder on the Fourteenth Tee.

I live with my wife in Itasca, Illinois. Golf and fishing have occupied much of my leisure time. I have spent much time in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the setting for my other novel, Crooked Lake.
