Omara Williams holds a BSc Honours degree in Nuclear Engineering from Havana University and several diplomas in Information Systems from Leeds University. She is passionate about science, technology, reading, and writing, which inspired her acclaimed sci-fi romance novel, The Space Traveller's Lover. Throughout her career, Omara has led diverse software teams to deliver innovative solutions in scientific research, pharmaceuticals, and the printing industry, addressing challenges in mathematical modelling, cheminformatics, cryptography, and image processing. In her free time, she enjoys stargazing and pursuing celestial events, as well as solar eclipses, around the globe. Through her writing, Omara Williams continues to explore the delicate balance between logic and emotion, science and imagination. Omara lives in Cambridge, UK, with her husband and daughter.
