Charles Rice amuses himself by creating decent characters, and then tortures them by putting them in horrific situations. Otherwise, he’s almost normal. None of his characters trust him, and neither should you. You can usually find him working in his top-secret lair somewhere in Eastern Pennsylvania, writing his bio in third person. Just follow the scent of rotting flesh and old coffee.
